Specific cleaners and subcontractors on KleenHire opt in and sign up to be contacted at the last minute as emergency backup staff. When a shift falls through, you can open the Emergency Backup page, see who is on standby, check their ratings and reviews, and contact them straight away. Publishing job offers, sending bulk messages, and Emergency Backup are available exclusively on the Growth plan (AUD $99/month), which also gives you unlimited ongoing access. The 7-Day Access plan covers browsing cleaners and messaging.
